About me

Hello! I'm Soph

My name is Sophie and I have dedicated my life to helping women become a stronger, healthier version of themself both physically and mentally.

I am a personal trainer with over 5 years experience in the industry. From working 1-1 with clients on the gym floor, to now coaching clients from all over the world online, I work with women closely to help them achieve their dream body.

My training programmes are based upon scientific evidence and case studies with theories that have been tested and approved to get results. My online coaching is a combination of receiving a tailored training programme worked around you and a customised meal plan where I will literally tell you exactly what to eat. I will work out your calories and macros for each meal so you can clearly see the breakdown of exactly what you need to be putting into your body for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You will also have a check in with me once per week on your specified day where I will be able to check your new weight, measurements, pictures and training log. These check ins are important for me to able to see where we are up too, make sure everything is working the way it’s supposed to be and if I need to make any changes I can. The check ins are the key to results. You will also have access to me the whole time you are on plan so if you ever needed to drop me a message or give me a call I am always here to help and guide you through the process.

Absolutely. I can tailor make your nutrition plan to you based upon your preferences and dietary requreiments. Trust me i’ve seen it all when it comes to people likes and dislikes, I will make sure you enjoy the food on plan as that is the most important thing to ensure results, having a plan that aligns with you and that you can stick too.

I understand signing up for coaching may be intimidating, but I am here to support you every step of way. Taking the first step is always the hardest but I can assure you after you have completed your course of coaching with me you will feel such a sense of achievement not only physically but mentally as well. Always remember, it’s about the body transformation yes, but it’s also about you changing your lifestyle, educating you, creating new habits and new rituals that will stick with you even after me. I want to mould you into becoming the best version of yourself, and that’s exactly what I will do.

My training programmes are based upon scientific evidence and extensive case studies to provide you with specific training techniques to ensure results on plan. If you are already a regular gym goer we will work together on incorporating these techniques into your plan to avoid plateauing.

No you won’t be on one plan the whole time. Every 4-6 weeks I will review everything as a whole and create your next phase based upon your results from the previous phase. You will receive a new nutrition plan with new meals, new calories and new macros and also a new training plan created based upon your goals.
