– 2 progressive training phases broken down into phase 1 & phase 2. We will work on phase 1 for the first 4 weeks and then move onto phase 2 for the final 4 weeks.
– Your own calories and macros based on your goal which will be worked out & calculated by me with a specific diet plan FOR YOU. You will also be able to tell me your intolerances and preferences so I can personalise individually for you. You will receive phase 1 diet plan and then a new revised phase 2 diet plan based on your results.
– Check in system where you can check in every week to track your progress and update new pictures, weight & measurements. This is important you do check in so I can make necessary changes to your plan for phase 2 to maximise results.
– Access to the WhatsApp group where everyone on the bootcamp will be in for continued support, daily learning lessons with Soph!
